     We produce injection molding machine from 80 tonnes to 1600 tonnes, which have the shot weight from 110g to 10426g. The machine is adopted up-to-date design and ISO9001 management system, which assume the machine long life, accurate and stable production, power saving and low noise.

     JMF series injection molding machine adopt integral toggle structure and box type platen. These new features minimize the platen distortion during high pressure injection and provide more precise platen position. The machine is suitable for either general usage or PET preform production. We have special barrel and screw as customer's choice for PET, PC, PMMA, PVC, PA material.

Notes: the shot volume is based on PS and shot weight is 91% of shot volume of PS.
